My vehicle is having issues starting. The starter and battery have all been replaced already. I had the battery replaced and soon as I drove away it stalled and I was stranded. I have read numerious complaints from other vehicle owners of the same vehicle. I need help.

June 18, 2019-driving on highway, started to pass a slow moving vehicle, pressed accelerator and it would not go faster at first, then it did go a little faster. I moved back into driving lane and proceeded but I slowed down to 55 mph (posted speed limit 70). Kept losing speed, put on emergency flashers, as I was exiting off highway to safe spot smoke started billowing from behind vehicle. Stopped car, as good was opened a small fire turned larger. I grabbed my fire extinguisher from back storage compartment and extinguished fire. Tow truck driver arrived, needing to make sure it could be towed without a possible reignition of fire, he removed the cover and asked me to attempt to put vehicle in neutral to be able to push it back to a position to be able to get it on tow truck. Push button start, two push for accessory position. Tow truck driver witnessed fuel squirting from a fuel line near the fuel regulator. Tow truck driver could actually insert his pen top into the size hole that is there. Vehicle towed to car dealership where we purchase it new. I am still waiting to hear if the dealership was able to get it in the shop this week, if not they said it would be Monday June 24, 2019. Pictures attached. No invoices yet except the tow invoice which I need to submit to my insurance company for reimbursement. In researching any unknown recalls on this vehicle, I found this information today and attached my screenshot.

Takala recall when I push on gas pedal it takes 3-10 seconds to kick in acts like its not getting any gas let up on gas pedal then it kicks inhappens 3-4 times a day the window works when slid down doesn't take a hold when try to raise it back up but not all time we don't do window a lot due to that problem on right side front while in motion then stopping and trying to stop again gas pedal doesn't kick in car is sluggish takes a bit to

A couple of months ago the car said we have a problem with the engine and with the cooling system Kia had check it out and said nothing was wrong but it keeps going on it has a gas smell low push to do 70 on highway won't let me put on cruise control for long I can feel car ready to shake and stop needs oil all the time when I drive for 1 hr to work car starts to shake at a red light after I'm almost at work I changed battery on 3/10/19 I also changed the catalytic converters also brakes always have to change before there do on 3/15/19 have an appointment to change the flex on the car also because the oil was leaking on the engine it needed a seal and the top part I forgot what it's called replaced that's all I now for now

The contact owns a 2015 Kia Soul. While driving various speeds, the transmission lunged without warning. In addition, the contact observed that the vehicle shook vigorously while idling or while driving. Also, the vehicle would sometimes fail to switch gears. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the engine mount needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to the dealer again where it was diagnosed that the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 14,000.

I purchased a 2015 Kia Soul on April 11, 2015 from paramount Kia of asheville nc and only recently found out that it had an outstanding safety recall(#nhtca-15V123 or SC116) prior to my purchase. Kia motors had notified its dealers on March 19, 2015 that they had been issued a repair procedure for this recall which was to be completed prior to sale of said vehicles. The letter states "it is illegal to sell a vehicle with an outstanding safety recall" but this dealer sold this to me anyway with regard for my safety. I believe that from the lack of concern I received from the dealer when I contacted them about it that this must be a common practice on their part.

From the date of purchase until present the vehicle has a lag in acceleration when automatic transmission shifts from first to second gear. The lag causes a dangerous condition when pulling out. Took it back to the dealer 2 times, and each time was told there was nothing they could do until a engine light came on.
