Headlights go off for a second or two more often when turning. Sometimes go off and stay off and if I turn them off and on again mostly come back on, but may go off again right away. I have had my mechanic look at it, and he tightened everything up but couldn't figure it out. Car was already out of warranty when it started. I simply can't drive at night. It is very dangerous.

I called Kia and there is some sort of extended warranty for some Kia Souls with headlight issues, but my VIN apparently qualifies for nothing. I'm all sorts of pissed off about this. I love my car otherwise but this is a PITA and dangerous.
