I live on a basically fixed income, being the only working one - my spouse is unable to work due to health issues. Dealership wants to charge $95 to diagnose but if under warranty it will be taken care of - but if it's not covered, I cannot afford to pay. This is the second Soul I have owned - the first one was 2012 when I had electrical issues that wouldn't act up when dealer was looking for it. I took it to them three times, and finally had to tell them I was going get the local news do a report. So they sold me a newer Soul, but now I've got 100,000 on it and it's breaking down. The codes are p0017 and p0014. I have taken care of it and it still looks brand new. This should be the last Kia I will own until I get it paid for, or they offer me a buy back incentive.
