The contact owns a 2017 Kia Soul equipped with kumho solus tires, size: P205/65R16 (na). The contact stated that there was a large bubble on the front driver's side tire. The contact was concerned that the tire could blow out. The vehicle was driven slowly to car pros Kia (18835 beach blvd, huntington beach, ca 92648, (714) 274-4632) where it was diagnosed that the failure was common; however, they did not want to repair the tire. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The dot number and VIN were unknown. The tire and vehicle failure mileage was 18,000.
