Soul Exclaim 1.6L Turbo

While in town 15 to 45 MPH and cruise is off, steady speed is not possible because car automatically surges and slows 3MPH. If cruise is engaged it is smooth. I don't know about highway speed because cruise has always been used. It feels like the cruise control is trying to take control or a bad vacuum leak. Other than that the Exclaim is a super car and it meets all claims and specs.
