I have owned 3 Kia Souls in the past – a '14, '15, and now a 2020. All in green. The newest is called "Space Green." I use them a lot for loading stuff in and out of the trunk. The paint on the new Soul comes off very easily. It scratches and then sort of "chunks" off, and you can peel it. My other 2 Kias did not do this so easily. Definitely seems to be an issue with this specific colour only, but the dealership and customer service refuse to take note of this potential paint flaw. I doubt any of them have owned a Soul for the last 7 years, but of course they always know best, right? Why listen to a consumer who uses the vehicle daily? The paint itself isn't even the biggest issue at this point, it's the way Kia has been handling it. I thought I was just trying to help in case others experienced it as well.
