The little center hub caps that are attached to aluminum wheel fell off. The consumer took the vehicle to the Kia dealer twice to fix the problem, however the problem continued. The dealer told the consumer it was his fault.

I have a Kia Spectra ls VIN [xxx] with optional alloy wheels package. The problem is I have lost 2 center hub caps on these wheels.
