My lights occasionally get stuck on when I have auto light feature is put to on. When I pull the key from the ignition (which should be turning off the lights and turning on the circle 'light' around the ignition when the key is pulled out) This has happened around 3-5x during my ownership of the car. (About 3 months) I have mentioned this to the dealer and there only reply was "odd" they didn't even look at it!! I have resulted to turning off the lights by hand and not having them auto on.
