Sportage 4-cyl

Shortly after I took possession of this vehicle, on 3-15-14, I began to notice the traction control lights intermittently flashing on the dash panel and the vehicle began pulling to the right. This concerned me as it is an AWD, and I was driving on dry pavement. I took the vehicle to the dealership and shared my concerns, they completed an alignment, they did report seeing the lights flashing on the dash but reported this was "normal" for this vehicle. Immediately following my picking the vehicle up from the dealership, it still pulled to the right and my tc lights continued to flash. I again returned to the dealership, they removed the tires, rebalanced and realigned it, which solved the "pulling" issue. However I talked at length with the service rep, about the tc lights, and I did not see how this could be "normal" for a vehicle. I was concerned that this was supposed to be a safety feature, and yet it seemed to be malfunctioning as it was trying to turn itself on during a dry take off and throttled the engine down to the point it almost died out. The service manager kept and drove the car for 2 days stating that it did in fact come on numerous times while driving, I have been to the dealership numerous times to get this fixed to no avail. The car has barely 2000 miles on it and has spent most of the time in the shop. I don't feel safe driving it as I am afraid I will pull into traffic and get hit if the engine stalls out. I have shared my fears with the dealership and they say "there is nothing they can do for me and this is just what this vehicle does".. I am so angry about the amount of time I have spent with it in the shop, but more so don't want someone else to run into the same issue I have been having... I just don't know who to contact so I'm hoping you can help me in getting this issue notice and corrected before someone is injured.
