problem #2

Sportage LX 2.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 90,000 miles

I bought this car from an auction as a repossession, so I was unaware of the previous condition. All of the windows would not roll down except for the drivers side. After tearing the door apart I couldn't find the problem. I took it to a mechanic and they told me the master switch was bad. I ordered a master switch from a used car lot and installed it. All of the windows roll up and down now, but you can only control them from the drivers switch.
