rear fuse panel caught fire and burned car to the ground rear fuse panel caught fire and burned car to the ground

I bought this new 2019 KIs Stinger GT AWD on 12/18. Within 30 days the rear defroster fuses blw and were replcaed by the dealer. On the morning on 5/14 the same thing happened and I called the dealership that it did the same thing. Within 3 minutes after leaving work that day I smelled smoke coming from the htachback section of ther car. I pulled over immediately and opened the hatchback to try and find out what was happening. As soon as I opened it, the area of the fuse panel was completely melted out and flames pushed into the hatchback. I immediately called 911 and within 4 minutes the car was completely engulfed in flames. The car is totalled and after I called Kia Consumer affairs the same da, no one has yet to even bother to call me. If I wouldn't have pulled over as soon as I did I would be dead.
