The contact owns a 2020 Kia Telluride. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the vehicle rolled away into the neighbor's yard. The contact was made aware of the failure by the neighbor. The contact had placed bricks in front of the front driver-€™s and passenger-€™s side tires and behind the rear driver-€™s and passenger-€™s side tires to prevent the vehicle from moving. The dealer and another dealer Serra Gardendale Kia (630 Fieldstown Rd, Gardendale, AL 35071) were made aware of the failure and both dealers scheduled an upcoming appointment. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact to contact a dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
