Telluride SX 3.0L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 18,000 miles

Telluride with level ride shocks are hard and very stiff. The dealership did not find any leaky or damaged shocks and claims that it is normal. It is not normal and it rides horrible. The rear end is very still like the level ride system is engaged when there is no weight in the back so the ride is hard. I know there is something wrong but the dealership states it is normal. I am very much not pleased.
