We were charged $1500 for glass replacement, and rental car cost $600. The sunroof glass was defective, this has been a huge aggravation for us, we are out $2100. I have to now take this issue to a higher level before I try to file an insurance claim. I have contacted FHTSA and put in safety complaint. Contacted KIA corp. customer support. Was led to believe that KIA would cover this. KIA CSR will not return phone calls. FURIOUS
