After parking, I tryed to retrieve an item that fell between the console and the right side of the Driver's seat. To my horror my arm got stuck. There was nothing I could do and since I am a nurse realized that time was of the essence so I would not lose circulation to my dominant hand. I was able to retrieve my cell phone with my left hand and call 911. It took 3 EMTs to extricate my arm from this terrible design. I currently sustain a bad contussion. During the emergency, my husband also confessed to have gotten his arm stuck with resulting scrapes, bruising and bleeding and our daughter who is a Medical Doctor who borrowed this car also got her arm stuck. This console is too big and too dangerous.
