The contact owns a 2007 Land Rover LR3. The contact stated that the rear tail gate door failed to open. The vehicle was taken to a private mechanic and the mechanic confirmed that the door linkage needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and the current mileages were 76,000.
