Range Rover Evoque 4-cyl

The interior lights consistently switch on and off while driving. Purchased the vehicle January 2015. Brought the vehicle to the Land Rover dealership 3 times in the past year and a half and was continuously told the technician cannot replicate the issue. I even went so far is to record the lights switching in and off on my cellphone while the vehicle was in motion.
