Noticed a random crack appear on passenger front fender near head lamp. This appeared overnight while car was parked inside garage. Don-??t know if the crack will grow and if so, how fast it will grow causing safety hazard with a potentially serious fender damage while driving on the highway. Aware of technical bulletin for this problem LTB00738NAS4 Land Rover said I have to pay for new bumper referenced in bulletin.
