Range Rover Evoque

  • 64,000 miles
Loss of total acceleration when changing steady speed to a higher speed. RPM gauge moves and the engine revs up as the gas pedal is pushed with no acceleration of the vehicle and the loss of present speed. No power at all as if the vehicle was in neutral. This issue started after the vehicle reached over 50,000 miles on the odometer. This has happened four times in the last five months on the interstate doing speeds of 50 mph to 70 mph, just recently at 50 mph on the interstate trying to merge into traffic.
