The contact owns a 2010 Land Rover Range Rover Sport. The vehicle had previously been serviced by the dealer under NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V623000 (Structure) however, the failure recurred. The contact stated that the failure caused the backup camera to become inoperable. The dealer was made aware of the failure and took pictures of the vehicle, then forwarded them to the manufacturer. The contact was informed that the manufacturer declined a second repair. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
