Range Rover Velar

P 265 45 R 21 I have a set of pirelli scorpion tires on my 2018 Land Rover velar. All the tires on the vehicle have an issue with the tread. The rubber is breaking off in chunks. Tires have lest than 50% wear on them they have been properly inflated and rotated. There is not signs on uneven wear from an alignment issue. I have contacted the manufacturer concerning this issue and I get no response from them. I believe these tires are defective and could cause a serious issue. These should be recalled. The vehicle is currently parked and not driven.
