Unless problem is witnessed in service, problem will continue. !!!! I was unable to have destination assist help me when I manually turned Bluetooth off on phone and in settings in general settings. Therefore, I am unable to leave the Bluetooth enabled when driving. And unable to use destination assist on the inconsistent times it decides I am using my phone when I am not. I paid money for my Lexus to buy a cheap car. What a ???
