The female buckle (the part you click it into) on the front passenger seat has loose or broken components inside that cause an extremely loud and annoying vibration when not being used. If someone is buckled into the passenger seat or if I am not in drive, it doesn't vibrate. It usually happens if I'm stopped in drive, but when it happens, it gets to the point where it overpowers the radio.
