Nav system will not take me to my home address - my development was started in 2003. My street in not available and the nav system disables me from typing the street name. Just moved to a new state and need to be able to put in 'take me home'. I have contacted the dealer (wilde Lexus, sarasota, fl) 3 times - they claimed to have ordered a new disk but I feel I am getting a run-around since the disk does not show up - have been driving the car for a little over one year - I hate it.

The pre-collision system does not work properly. The car rear ended the vehicle in front of it without warning and brake assist by pre-collision system as Lexus claimed. It resulted in an accident. Lexus has performed the investigation and extracted data from edr. They concluded no defect found. I still believe that the car pre-collision system did not work at all and was not able to prevent the collision as expected.
