From the time the 2008 Lexus gs, labor day 2008, was obtained I had problems seeing at night on a dark road, highway or interstate. Unless the brights are on there is a black wall in front of the area where the light beams stop. I overdrive the lighted area and drive into the black night. The brights need to be on to see-which is a danger and annoyance to oncoming traffic. I have tried to get this fixed since October 2008. The latest date being January 2011. Lexus tells me that the headlights are adjusted as high as they can go. I asked for them to change the bulbs from halogen to incandescent or to replace the entire unit. Lexus says they can't do that. This is a very, very dangerous situation with this car.
