I visited multiple times at the Lexus dealership for fixing the ticking noise. When I drove uneven pavement, press break, and rough road, it produces metal ticking noise. They fixed my car 3 times (under warranty) but I'm still hearing the same noise over and over. 1st time - they insulated the rear door speaker 2nd time - they changed the seat-belt buckle 3rd time - they changed the seat-belt and replaced some bolts. 4th time - they refused to fix my car and they told me to send the noise in MP3/video, so I sent the file to them but they ignored me I don't think this problem is relating to the seatbelt. I think it's factory defect in the weld/glue of the B-pillar where it attaches to the roof. I tried to tell them the problem but they did not listen to me at all this noise is happened in last januray but I couldn't visit at the dealership due to the work and I started to visit at there in July and they couldn't fix the problem until now... these links are examples of the noise (please volume up high before you hear the noise from the video links below) https://www.youtube.com/watch"V=jthix9redau https://www.youtube.com/watch"V=zmbs8sr-UT4&feature=emb_title

I was inside the building, looking at a new vehicle, VIN. [xxx]. then manager pulled me into the office with witnesses and explained he wasn't doing business with me, he was nice and explained, I was excited at what he explained. I took pic of giant sticker, the VIN dash has a square scan but my phone wouldn't read it, sales man said that service has a machine that read it, he said they usually come with 0-6 miles due to factory testing, I have a Toyota now, I went to dmv in Lincoln, paid my dollar for search, im putting a lien of a dollar and paying the $7 for the lien on ne title to get started. Keys might be locked in the trunk. It has dot tires, im a class C commercial. My concern is how did the vehicle get into a locked building with no data, your report says Lexus, but Lexus is owned by Toyota motor sales and your site showed no owner. Did this vehicle pass epa emissions test. Its as a business property of a dealership in Lincoln, ne. Stationary, what type of fuel, are dot tires paid off?. seat belt buzzards don't sound until vehicles reachabove 13 usually. Tires pressure is to be checked and logged one a month. Batteries get old from non use of storage, warranty usually starts when cables are attached for engine to start to test. Who tested it. I have picture of giant sticker on my phone.
