Takata recall - since May 23, 2016 Toyota has attempted to prepare a remedy for NHTSA recall no. 16V-340 but as of January 31, 2017 they have failed. With ample time past, I must conclude Toyota is unable to develop a remedy. On behalf of all zone a residents, I ask the NHTSA to launch an immediate investigation to confirm my conclusion. After 10 months since the airbag recall was announced there are still no updates on when my vehicle will be repaired from the manufacture. Considering the severity of the issue, more should be done to speed up the process!
