We had a cracked light strip replaced. Day after it was worked while on a trip the mirror began malfunctioning. It would not retain setting. Moves out randomly. Cannot be reset in place. Lexus refused to fix it without paying $900.00. Mirror worked perfectly before we took it in. We couldn’t get it in right away because we live far and we had to devote a full day to get it in. They said that we had miles on it. (Trip to ski when we discovered problem and we needed to use it u til we got it in. We thought it would be an easy fix due to something that happened when the light strip was replace. Then Lexus hit us with a huge bill to fix .Denied it had anything to do with repair we asked to speak to service manager but were told he was too busy to speak to us.

This is second mirror problem on this car. The first is the rear view mirror homelink won’t work. We never in our lives had mirror issues on any cars. They lasted the life of the car. Can’t afford $900.00 for something we know worked well before the repair Lexus did. There is a problem with mirrors in this car.
