This is my second new Lexus 450h and the quality of the product has obviously gone down from my first one. A car of this quality shouldn't have a leaking roof rack gasket. The roof gasket was either defective from new or incorrectly installed. The lexus service person didn't know if it was the material or the construction, but said it was a serious problem because of the the potential for water leaking to the hybrid battery. The roof rack had never been used and the vehicle has never been in an accident.
