After 5000 miles service, the vehicle started pulling to right. After multiple attempts to repair it, the dealer says it is normal for this vehicle to pull to right (!!!!)
I’ve had different models of Lexus and I’ve been very happy except for this one. This is my second Lexus GX. The previous one was 2021 and that car had no problems whatsoever. This one on the other hand, has been a pain due to the suspension issue that makes the vehicle pull to right.
My partner and I bought two GX at the same time and they both have this issue. I really don’t feel safe driving this car anymore and Lexus dealership refuses to do anything about it, which is extremely sad from such a famous manufacturer.
