I bought the car with this problem on it. When I test drove it, dealer heated up the engine before I got there so the clicking sound wasn't that bad. Since I took no warranty, I had to pay for the repair. The exhaust manifold come with the catalytic converter on it so this is 800$ for manifold plus gaskets, studs and 4 hour labor. It's an 1500$+++ repair plus the risk of breaking a stud in the engine block. For the rest of it, this is a great ride.
