The contact owns a 2007 Lexus Is 250. While driving approximately 55 mph on a dark road, the headlights failed. The failure recurred on several occasions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the headlights needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 90,000.
