I took my car to the dealer to diagnose the speed dependent noise coming from the rear passenger side of the vehicle. It turned out it was a bad wheel bearing. Lexus of Kansas City (the one close to Ikea) decided that it will not be covered because the bearing was damaged externally (it was not). When I asked them which damage did they find, they could not specify. They said that I may have hit the pothole and then switched the tires to hide it before going to the service. They quoted me $1300+ worth of repairs. In the end, I ended up replacing it myself with the original part for 230 dollars. Several people who own the same model year experienced that failure as well.
