ABS brake light up, control loss during braking

Lexus and the dealer here in Dallas are in an unethical practice business. I mentioned that to them during the warranty visit, but they don't want to fix it - they say there is no recall after that. After warranty expires, they will want to fix it for $300. This is not honoring the warranty.
