The contact owns a 2013 Lexus ls 460. While pulling into the garage at approximately 0- 3 mph, the vehicle accelerated and the steering wheel seized without warning. The contact depressed the brake pedal, which traveled down to the floorboard and failed to stop the vehicle. The vehicle crashed into the rear of the left front tire of another vehicle pushing into the garage wall. There were no injuries. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 18,000. Updated 7/13/15
