LS 500 LS V6

There is a tire recall for certain LS 500 models. My car is one of them. I took it to the dealership for tire replacement on 6.18.2019. Today is August 21. 2019 and the tires are still in back order without any estimated delivery date. My car is parked at the dealership and I am driving their loaner. As a compensation they gave me an extended warranty, which is nice but I WANT MY CAR BACK! VERY DISSATISFIED.

Because they gave me an extended warranty, they wrote off the case as resolved. I still don't have my car, I still have no idea when the tires will show up and pretty much no one to talk to who can give me an answer.

When you buy a $100K car, you expect a better, more accommodating service.

I am considering selling the car when I get it back and saying goodbye to Lexus for ever.
