Vgrs warning system stays on, informs me to take car to dealer. I was informed by the dealer that this vehicle had a recall on this system before, but the same problem has returned.I'am I responsible for having the car repaired for a known defect.thank you

LS 600h L 8-cyl

  • 88,000 miles
Front upper and lower control arms are malfunctioning. This is a known problem on this car however Lexus will not issue a recall or offer any assistance with repair. Lexus will cover this under warranty but as many of these happen shortly after the warranty has expired like in my case there is no recourse. This repair is nearly $5000 and is just not feasible or affordable.
