I bought new car from the official agent of Lexus in united arab emirates. As soon as they delivered the car it was vibrating and bumping. they requested to give the car back to their service station and they changed the tires but the problem continue. they requested to give the car for a detailed inspection again and they run the car more than 600 kms for testing and correcting but the problem are same. then they arranged a special engineering team to check the issue and they commented "there is some tech issue is there which has to be reported to the manufacturer" ?? but till date am waiting for the report and solution from the manufacturer or agency.
