NX350 Premium 2.5L 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission

I have only had the vehicle for 2 months. I woke up to go to work one morning and the car would not start. Once I realized it could be a possible dead battery, I closed the door, but the doors would not open. I had to call multiple tow truck companies who said they wouldn't do anything because they didn't want to scratch anything because of how new it was. I got it towed to the dealership where they said there was nothing wrong and returned it to me.

The next day, the same thing and I had to get it towed again. This time I told them to keep it overnight and try to start it in the morning. We shall see what happens... but I'm not pleased right now. Battery shouldn't be bad as it is brand new. The dealership expressed to me I need to shut the car fully off and not leave it in accessory mode... or with the ignition still on... but I KNOW if either were the case, the car would warn me beforehand.
