I've complained for over two years -- "too bad" - the melted rubber cover on the rear hatch has melted. It drips onto the bumper and plate. A safety issue because wires are now exposed. Dealership and Lexus Customer Service won't help. "Just use the button on the fob." Disgusting rubber tar -- great visual for visitors to my Lexus vehicle. I should not have to spend $500 to repair a mechanical flaw. Perhaps the same rubber as the front dash? Thanks.
