Bridgestone, dueler ht 687, P225/70R16 dot elwa, original equipment on a 2000, Lexus rx 300 with 25000 miles. First blowout on left rear tire occurred in February, 2001 at highway speed. Second blowout on right rear tire occurred on 12 August, 2001 at highway speed. No accident. Consumer states speed was 15 mph.
