The contact owns a 2000 Lexus RX300. The contact stated there were several knicks and cracks on the windshield from small pebbles hitting the window. The contact stated that over time, the cracks would spread across the windshield. The windshield was replaced twice in a five year span due to the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 75,000 and the current mileage was approximately 120,000.
