First of all, we love our 2006 Lexus RX330. However, we had a scary and awful experience during our trip to NY on March 5th of 2007. Our 6 years old son was sitting in his car seat in the rear seat (behind the passenger's seat) and somehow the seatbelt shoulder went behind him and the seatbelt was wrapped around his torso. We tried to retract the seatbelt so the locking system would release, but the seatbelt kept tightening and locking each movement. The seatbelt was hurting our son more & more and he was in panic. Our son was in pain and could not stop crying, so we decided to cut the seatbelt with a tiny scissor that luckily we had. We hope Lexus takes this issue as a serious problem and does the recall.
