The contact owns a 2007 Lexus RX350. While driving 45 mph on a curved ramp when the contact applied the brakes they failed causing her to lose control of the vehicle crashing into a ramp wall and the vehicle rolled over. The drivers side front air bag didn't deploy. The contact received injuries to the face, mouth, and body. The investigator found the right front rotors fractured. Nevada state police report nhp0705110020 was filed. The failure and current mileages were 10,000.

TL *- the contact owns a 2007 Lexus 350. While driving 40 mph the vehicle was struck on the front driver's side, which caused the vehicle to slide into a telephone pole head on. The front end damage amounted to $22,190. Upon impact, the air bags did not deploy. The driver was belted. The vehicle was towed and had been repaired. The driver sustained injuries. The manufacturer stated that the air bags did not deploy because the contact was belted, and because the impact of the crash was not hard enough. The failure mileage was 10,000, and the current mileage was 10,700. The contact had a police report.
