When the car is in gear and stopped and running of course there is an annoying sometimes terrible vibration. By putting the car in neutral the vibration stops. The dealer Barker in Newport News Va. tried a fix by changing the front motor mount $1000+ covered by the Certified Warranty. This changed nothing at all and when I brought it back they said they had not understood the complaint. They had some mechanic drive around in it and said it was within normal operating guide lines. I could not get it to vibrate at it's worst since that happens just once in a while but it still did have the aggravating vibration. I say I would never buy a car that I have to take out of gear every time I stop and it wasn't that way when I bought it. So what does the service writer say. "If it bothers you that much sell it and buy another one" You can be sure it is my last Lexus.
