The contact owns a 2015 Lexus RX350. While operating the vehicle in the snow, the wipers were unable to remove the snow from the driver's side of the windshield due to snow and salt accumulation. After inspecting the vehicle, it was discovered that the snow and salt accumulation had clogged the wiper fluid nozzle, preventing the ability to spray windshield wiper fluid onto the driver's side of the windshield. The failure impaired the driver's vision. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (Lexus of smithtown, 700 middle country rd., St. James, NY) who was unable to diagnosis the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 6,000.
