You buy what I used to considered an upper level vehicle and you do not expect to have your roof cave-in, in a "touchless" car wash. I first went after the owner of the Shell Gas station saying the air was too strong. He said, what kind of vehicle do you have? I told him, and he said it was not the 1st Lexus RX350 or 450 that was damaged. Only Lexus RX's were being damaged. No other vehicles. He said the dealer was there twice to examine the car wash, and found nothing wrong with the wash it's self.

When I took the car to the dealer, they played dumb....oh well why would you ever take your Lexus through one of those? I laughed and said I did not see the disclaimer in the showroom that said, " roof not strong enough to handle high winds". I said are you serious right now? Do you hear what you are saying? Then they immediately switched gears, and said we will fix it. They tried but the dents were still there....I avoided that car wash in the future but much to my disappointment, it did not matter where we took it, the roof kept popping and denting.

What a piece of crap...our 2008 RX 350 was an awesome vehicle, this 2015 RX was a piece of crap. Lots of other issues with this RX as well-but this was the most disappointing.

We soon dumped this vehicle...now we have a Lincoln.
