The blue tooth connection for my LG 4 phone crackles so much that it is not understandable. The Lexus specs say that the phone is 100% compatible. The dealer said that they checked with the lexus software engineers and tried the connection on two other vehicles and they were assured that the problem was with the phone. I took their findings to my cell carrier (Sprint) and they gave me a new phone. The problem still exists.
