There is really not much to tell as this is a fairly new car (2018) and I am generally pleased with everything but this problem. I noticed a rough ride and noise coming from drivers side front wheel area at about 9,000 miles.. I forgot to mention this at my 10,000 mile maintenance check and lived with it for about 6 months. At my 20,000 mile maintenance check, I did mention this issue and was basically told that I had a strut issue. Because it is covered in the warranty I didn't think much of it but decided to do a little homework to see is this is a major issue or not. What I am seeing tells me that this is not normal for a car with less than 20,000 miles - so now I am wondering what is causing this problem with my car? Is this a common issue with Lexus RX 350? What questions should I be asking the dealership in general about this issue is my main concern, and what should they be doing to fix it so that it does not happen again in the next 15,000 miles?
