Cpsc: Lexus hybrid: Consumer stated while driving at highway speed, the engine shut down and the a warning message of hybrid engine brake and AWD failure illuminated on the dashboard. The accelerator stopped functioning and the consumer had to pull over to the shoulder. The garage reported the fuel pump and the fuel solenoid had failed. Both needed to be replaced along with the vapor recovery system.
